We are currently looking for a CBRF Administrator for our beautiful facility located in Viroqua, Wisconsin. This administrator would be responsible for managing a 39-bed in a rural setting for frail elderly and those with mild-moderate dementia needs. Offering a competitive wage and benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Day to day operations and marketing of the facility.
  • Development, management, and adherence to the budget.
  • Insures the submission of payment of accounts payable.
  • Negotiates professional contracts within corporate guidelines.
  • Manages the employment, development, control, training and discharge of employees to meet the needs of the facility.
  • Nurtures a smooth functioning, efficient operation through timely and effective resolution of grievances from residents, families and/or staff.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in health-related field or completion of CBRF 83.15 Administrator Course and 3 years of leadership experience in senior housing desired.
  • Successful leadership and marketing skills required.
  • Must be able to handle conflict, problems, and emergency situations.
  • Ability to assure compliance of resident services on a continual basis.
